Pros

Discover has a very unique environment. They believe that if they treat their employees well then in turn we will treat the customers well, which in turn will make the company money. It has been working for them. They have a wide range of opportunities. You are able to move around very easily from team to team. Discover has an open door policy. Everyone is very friendly and willing to help, it has a great culture.

Cons

For the most part I have not seen many cons to working for Discover. The company is very meeting centered, so at times it makes your days/weeks very stressful but that is to be expected at most jobs.

Pros

great benefits given to employees beginning day 1 of employment. great culture environment

Cons

no matter how much your management backs you up they have limited say when it comes to HR relations and for a company that stands by "doing the right thing" this is one area they lack in.
