Pros

Discover is a great company to work and grow. Generally, management offer the opportunity to learn new and different responsiiblities while allowing the opportunity to make mistakes. They have a fitness center, positive work culture, promote work-life balance, and encourage interactions with managers.

Cons

While giving all of the above "pros", there aren't many "cons" to speak of. The biggest complaint among all employees was the compensation structure.

An OK place to work

Pros

just moved to casual work environment, bonuses, PTO amounts, cafe, gym, summer hours

Cons

different business units have different policies on w@h. Still takes forever to get things done. You'll hit an income slowdown, and upward mobility slow down at some point. Offer jobs to internal employees and their current manager counters with promo and more money (what?).
