Pros

Benefits, flexible shift start times, working from home.

Cons

Don’t appreciate employees that actually work. Update policies frequently which makes it hard to keep up with what is and is not allowed. Claims to be diverse and have this amazing culture that they no longer have. Was employed for 5 years. Started out great, once they switched CEO’s everything changed for the worst.

Pros

Great support from the immediate managers Career growth and access to learning platforms like LinkedIn learning, pluralsight Focus on both internal and external opportunities Good work life balance

Cons

It is not actually a cons, but because of the fast changing nature of the industry the focus of the leadership team keeps changing. But this is inevitable in an agile world where change is the only constant
