      Discover is a very fast pace employer but doesn’t leave you behind like other institutions

      Good money. You could work from home when i worked there atleast.

      Cons

      The customers are brutal. You will only answer fun calls in training that are just people turning in their rewards who are going to generally happy. Once you're on the real phones then you deal with the more upset customers.
