Pros

Benefits are ok. If remote, work life balance good. Lots of swag Free soft drinks on site For customers, excellent company (not employees)

Cons

Mgmt, seems to always have one person in target giving them different standards than rest of team, hoping they quit Ethics hotline is a quick way to the exit Mgmt. does not necessarily know what the teams do Will hire experienced people only to tell them industry standard is not the "Discover Way" (see con 1) Currently downgrading pay grades for positions significantly (see con 1)

Pros

Great culture. Lots of remote roles. Really invests in their employees. Using technology to constantly improve their processes, so depending on your role you could work on some interesting stuff. Lots of PTO.

Cons

With greater benefits comes a lower salary.
