      Pros

      extremely generous work life balance, company culture is incredible. cannot speak highly enough for the mentorship opportunities and the overall flexibility. plus there's a ton of internal movement and opportunities to try new things

      Cons

      Pay is on the low end of average and promotions are restricted to a 12% increase in pay meaning that external hires get paid WAY more than internal ones.

      Politics, hidden biases and poor middle management

      The company has great opportunities for giving back, volunteering, learning resources and flexible PTO

      Cons

      The middle management is incompetent. there are folks who have warming seats and doing nothing meaningful, value adding for over 25+ years. There is a team with not enough diversity. the leaders are more bossy and exhausting than inspiring.
