      Pros

      Best company I have ever worked for. Great medical benefits and optional benefit programs and retirement. ALOT of remote opportunities.

      Cons

      Loooow pay scale. Kind of difficult to move around because most people are pretty qualified. So it’s competitive in the sense that you have to have a strong resume to apply internally. But not competitive in a negative sense.

      Excellent work-life balance. Very people-oriented. They believe in creating a positive work environment for all employees. Strong support for career advancement.

      Cons

      You can probably find more pay for the same job at another company, but the supportive work environment, generous vacation days, and work-life balance more than make up for it.
