Pros

The property is modern and has few maintenance issues to address and apologize over. Front desk has a manageable and acceptable workload. F&B and Front Office staffing is adequate to meet labor demands. The employee/friends and family discount on Hilton hotel stays is great.

Cons

No upward mobility and very poor pay increase of $0.50/hr after a year of service. My hours were suddenly reduced from 40h/wk on a schedule which worked great for me, to 8-16h/wk on a varying and unpredictable schedule, without any satisfactory explanation as to why. Few people really seem to 'care' above the minimum required level. Increasing complaints about quality of housekeeping services. I commonly hear/read reports of items left in bathrooms and rooms found dirty upon check-in. Some complaints are an issue of guest expectations, but others definitely rise concern about housekeeping/room inspection standards.
