The people, the management don’t know what they are doing, torn uniforms on the first day of work, staff are over the top with themselves, supervisors, managers make you wonder how they got those positions, they think they know something but know nothing at all. Favoritism is everywhere! Long working hours, low payment. No humanity, employees resign everyday and new faces come everyday! You can’t grow and people there aren’t making it easy! I wish I knew this before than wasting my one month time where I worked. Take heed, you will thank me later! Don’t say you weren’t warned Caution Stay away from DOUBLETREE by Hilton resort and spa by Marjan Island, Ras Al Khaimah (UAE)
