Culture is toxic, ownership favors family, no bonuses or commissions, horrible retention (leadership and employees leaving every month), over promise under deliver, Gossip in leadership and employees, abused and overworked employees working 7 days a week with little pay, and much more. I would not recommend working for this company to anyone looking for a legitimate career or good mental health.
