      Pros

      The hospitality industry has a lot to offer and gives one the ability to travel. The Doubletree by Hilton is one of the best, great rooms, amazing staff, and those COOKIES!!!!!

      Cons

      Housekeepers are the hardest working group in the industry and are the worst paid. I wish the general population knew how hard a housekeeper works and realize what nastiness they leave behind and don't tip on top of it.

      Very lenient environment, great peers, great weather

      Cons

      Lenient environment means not even management cares about anything. Boca has the rudest clientele.

      Pros

      Good place for upward mobility, to a certain point. Good benefits, health, 401k, company discounts etc. I love working with people. A good place to learn multi-department management.

      Cons

      Hospitality is inherently gossipy and sometimes customer service is exhausting. It is easy to get lost in the mix in a large corporation like this.
