Pros

Good employees, but are undervalued. A good location. A lot of events were happening in this hotel. Guests are regular, and it's easy to get to know them as they keep coming back each week.

Cons

Bad management, which makes you work until you can't do it anymore. People call off, you have to stay. Limited breaks, and the salary is very low. Your education is not valued either.

Co-workers and management feel more like friends and family. They support your actions and always willing to help.

Cons

It was a great place to work as a student with flexible schedule, however it is not a long term option for myself as I need a job in my career field of business. Great place to focus on your customer service skills.
