Pros

The benefits are good and the hotel discounts are awesome. There are volunteer opportunities. They also try to promote from within whenever possible.

Cons

Lack of professionalism and care for the employee would be the biggest downfall. Inconsistency with policy guidelines makes things a little confusing for new hires.
