Pros

Great exposure to different departments such as front desk, catering and housekeeping. Summer hours are 50+ with great overtime. Fast paced and demanding, yet very satisfying when the customer is happy.

Cons

The staff, management included lacks communication, respect or the drive to not only better themselves individually or as a whole. There is a lot of favoritism, rumors, employees sleeping with one another and entire families working together. Plus current management have been friends and coworkers for over 8 years.
