Hospitality does have it's challenges

Pros

Mixed bag as far as coworkers; some very good, others not so much.

Cons

Management doesn't appear to be very well organized. The daily operation runs seamlessly, not not because of good supervisors, rather because every associate knows their jobs and does them. Projects take a very long time, and management never seams to know when the projects will be completed.
