Pros

They give you empowerment to always fix the situation. I worked one of the restaurants as a waiter and the empowerment made my job much easier.

Cons

Your work load depends on occupancy. Pace is inconsistent.

Discount room prices at all hotels by Hilton

Cons

Employees were trained to speed clean. Many showed me how they cut corners including "popping" bed sheets (shaking the sheets from previous guests without changing them and remaking the bed with the same linen), rinsing drinking cups in bathroom faucets, and skipping vacuuming altogether. Many house keepers hated it and you have to finish all of your assigned rooms before you leave even if you were scheduled for only 8hrs, if it takes 10 to fibish cleaning the proper way, oh well for you.
