      Pros

      Complimentary parking. Hotel is being sold and may get some new talent.

      Cons

      Non-experienced Director of Sales and General Manger. No where to go for complaints as HR is afraid of General Manager. GM will put down any new ideas, unless he thinks of them. Lack of experiences in a full service property is evident as Directors and Managers are expected to shovel snow! Your voice will not be heard.

      Pros

      Culture is amazing, I work with all of my best friends and constantly have open communication with upper management.

      Cons

      They are often understaffed which results in overworking college students, however they are understanding when it is brought up
