Large corporation with multiple openings worldwide. Lots of opportunity and part of the Hilton Worldwide Family. Benefits include great discounts worldwide and growth opportunity. Good development programmes with Hilton University. Culture conscious.

Cons

Hospitality salaries can be considered lower than other industries. Multiple benefits in the US are not applicable for employees worldwide.

There are chances to move up in the company. Great incentives and bonuses. Double tree take of there employees like family and you will feel it walking in the door.

Cons

In Augusta the hours are short and even if you are getting payed a great salary that is acquired for Augusta (meeting or exceeding the cost living status you may not feel it nor see it.
