Management treats employees well by showing appreciation for their employees. This is also a very laid back place to work; though at times it's stressful because of guests, there's really no stress from above.

Cons

The pay is substandard and the health insurance is not great either.

Benefits were cheap and decent HUGE discounts on hotel rooms when traveling Nice vacation options Usually get request days off

Cons

Awful working conditions Low pay and yearly raises were a joke Micromanaged by higher-ups that didn't know anything about restaurants Little to no ability to move up in position Didn't even remotely about employee morale or well-being Equipment maintenance was non-existent, even with important things like hoods and ventilation systems Would frequently decide to make you work three or more extra hours a day without, wouldn't notify you until a couple of hours before it happened On the other hand, they would also just start cutting 10+ hours a week off your schedule for no apparent reason The whole time I've been here, no area of the restaurant has been even close to fully-staffed

not enough hours for this position. can be cut at any given time depending on occupancy.
