- Duo promotes learning! Unlimited book budget & free online courses! - Great work-life balance (Open PTO policy). - Many little perks such as fully stocked micro kitchens. - Amazing culture. Everyone here is very friendly & willing to help.

Cons

Duo is growing quickly so there are some growing pains that come with it. As an employee, this can be seen as a blessing in disguise, I've learned to be very flexible & adaptable due to our momentum!

Cons

The fast growth of the talented Duo community makes it hard to keep up with all the new "smiling" faces sitting across the table from you at lunch or meetings.

Pros

Duo is full of smart, driven people who care about their work and one another Being a part of that family is a badge of honor. I'll always look back on Duo with fondness; the experience made me a better person.

Cons

Being part of a successful startup meant there was always lots to do. That shouldn't be at all surprising.
