You are treated like a robot /slave rather than a human being. There's no incentives, no flexibility, no recognition (they would rather do the opposite, so that you feel like you don't deserve an annual salary increase). They would argue they don't offer benefits because they prefer to offer a good salary, but they don't! Mobbing is a common practice here. Be careful!
