Nice facilites, nice colleagues, no pressure for the sales team

Cons

Poor salary, flat structure that does not allow promotion. No proffesional evolution, you will be doing exactly the same tasks from the day you join the company.

Pros

If you like boring mechanical work, it's your place. I don't know how clients pay so much for their products and services from 1995.

Cons

If you are young and you actually like new technology this is not your company. You will be bored in only 1 week.

Pros

It's a young, flexible, proactive company. I'm a translator and they outsource work to me. Edicom is my best client, and not only because they always pay on time. Communicating with staff as the need arises is never any problem.

Cons

I can't really think of any. Before translating for them, I used to teach English in-house there and the staff were some of the best EFL students I've ever had in terms of interest, ability and motivation.
