      Pros

      Yearly spanish classes (3 times a week) - competitive salary - they motivate you to learn and they provide help and peering.

      Cons

      Weak internal communication between managers and consultants - Fake promises ( they said that we will have a salary review every 6 month which did not happen) - Exaggerated micro-management - some managers show no respect for consultants. For some colleagues the 3 times a week Spanish classes that are out of work hours (43 hours total) are a bit exhausting - intensive training.

      flexibility, working remote, quiet office. if you dont care about your job, there is a work life balance. it's a good introduction job to tech sales and its enterprise,

      everything. pay, management, a lot of work for no compensation, "hybrid" is considered 4 days in office.

      The env is good and the salaries are fine for the first level and the quality of the work 👌

      Cons

      No challenges and you need to get spanish to work with them even you speak English and you have to pay back for the formation you got incase you found a better offer, no increase in salaries
