Pros
Nice enviroment, really nice people working with you, helping you as much as possible. A good place to start a job in the EDI bussiness.
Cons
Human resources is a mess, you rely on a single person for more than 250 people and every conversation depends on her mood that day. Salaries are not exactly good after a few years. there's no real possibility to go up in the chain command because there is none. It's you, your boss and then the big boss, nothing more. They ask for as much languages as you can learn, but they pay the same if you know only 1 or 10.
