      Pros

      Very useful internal database of learning, wide range of opportunities, good balance between work and life.

      Cons

      Salary review postponed several times, got raised only once in 3 years, even tho I earned recognition badges, certificates, etc..

      No long term projects Hire people for a position with immediate joining after hiring they keep us in bench as there are no projects or they will put us in short term projects. More people in bench as there are no projects
