Professionally great, office is great, ppl are great, many ways to learn, most projects are managed well.

Cons

Time spent at the company matters way more, than the employee's professional skills when moving up the ladder or asking for more salary. The company takes advantage of people who are afraid to move on.

There are a lot of interesting projects.

Cons

Overall performance of team members is very different. Lazy developer can be promoted if he has an appropriate theoretical background. Achievements are easily overseen because of clash of interests between management and their subordinates.
