It's like a well-oiled machine. A big hierarchy with shared roles. A room to grow for your career. But many things depend on a project and location.

Cons

We had too large open spaces with a stale air by the evening in winter and draughts in summer. Sometimes not adequate management pressure. Not that fast salary growth (depends on your manager).
