      - Salary somewhat competitive - Parking - Law benefits

      Cons

      - Managers still learning how deal with market - Benefits can be improved - Largest & most important projects are maintenance, support & legacy - Promise not realistic things to candidates (hide details about nature of projects & false expectations about employee's career) - Even salary rates are decreasing.

      Great talent people, all are engineers of great skills.

      Cons

      Management only cares for "metrics", if "bench" is good, you can be in the worst project, with the worst manager and nobody cares. You can do all the job the client asks, you can be a top performer, but if you don't play their game, giving extra time on initiatives or being a close friend with the manager, you are a "bad performer". You go to bench and in no time they fire you if in that instant they can't get you a project, even if before you were a great developer and the project ended without your fault.

      Impressive customers, big projects and challenges. A lot of growing opportunities and the possibility to work on any country EPAM has offices.

      Cons

      Management style that deals with absolutes. If you do not agree on everything your managers say you can forget everything about the growing opportunities inside the company. USSR culture.
