Pros

- Home office - Fair compensation - Good bonuses and perks - Lots of learning resources - Good language courses. - LinkedIn Learning access - I think that the company is people focused, in general, is a nice environment. - For JR/Mid roles growing opportunities to SR roles are clear and people who want to learn have a lot of ways to do it. - Working with Cross-functional worldwide teams. In my experience, EPAM is one of the best places to work because of: - The learning opportunities - Growing chances for JR/Mid roles - Clear growing paths (Even tho for some instances is not perfect) - The home office (seems pretty stable) - The compensation (is not the best but is fair) - The projects (pretty interesting projects) The company is not perfect, but that doesn't make it a bad place.

Cons

- Weird communication, sometimes events happen and I didn't notice. - For Lead/Management roles, the growth is weird because is required to have experience in them, but, the opportunities matching are based on your current role so, the growth may get stuck unless you are a bit lucky. - This cons may be a personal taste, but I don't like how the organization is structured because it depends a lot on your manager how the information flows, if you have a manager who cares then you will get information like how your performance is going, how close are you from getting a bonus, and stuff like that, In the worst case scenario you won't have communication with your manager and you won't ever know how the company sees you. The last point also can be compensated because EPAM provides a lot of KB documents, even without the manager's communication, you could know pretty much anything by yourself. But, in that case, maybe would be better to have an IA Manager than a real Manager.

Pros

I have been working at EPAM for a little less than a year and I can say that it is a great place to work and grow. The company offers excellent development and learning platforms that help me enhance my skills and knowledge. The leadership is inspiring and supportive, always willing to guide my professional growth and provide feedback. The company culture is also very positive, encouraging people to give their best, without pushing too much. Also, something I really appreciate is that they focus on the human side of things and not pushing political or social agendas, since the company works with clients all over the world, however, diversity and inclusion are inherent to the company's culture. I feel valued and respected as an employee and I enjoy working with my small group of colleagues from places around the world.

Cons

Like any big company, it feels a bit messy when you join, like not getting enough communication from the onboarding team, but maybe it was my experience after working on demanding projects, so after the first couple of days, I got used to how EPAM works.
