      lack of integration with the team (might be because of remote role) Insurance has less coverage of preexisting conditions than other companies and no possibility of customizing it.

      EVERYTHING IS GREAT BUT.....

      -Benefits -good project opportunities -Bench time is short since there are a lot of projects

      Cons

      -Short term projects which means been on bench very often -switching projects that often means not having a lot of social life inside of EPAM
