Pros

Nice and smart people. Decent salary. Remote work.

Cons

Projects can end quickly without any back up project to work on. Bench can be long. This is big corporation so expect this kind of atmosphere.

Pros

- constant learning - cutting-edge technologies - big interesting projects

Cons

1) - High professional teams working on new/high-risk projects, which are usually not long-lasting (less than a year), and the pressure is high. - If the engagement team works with the client for several years, it would usually be a team of not high-spec professionals. 2) The promotion process is painful. It is much easier to get an offer than to get a promotion.

Hello! We appreciate your candid feedback. It is great to hear that you valued the continuous learning, advanced technologies and complex projects during your tenure. Providing our teams with impactful, challenging work is a core part of our culture. We hear your concerns regarding project pressure and team dynamics. Staffing our various projects can be challenging since we are working with client requirements and standards as well as our own, and a mix of specialized skills is often required to maintain stability and long-term client relationships. Thanks for the note about our promotion process. While our assessment standards are rigorous to maintain technical excellence, we are actively using feedback like yours to make career progression smoother and better support our teams under pressure. We appreciate your hard work and wish you the best in your career.
