      Savings account Life insurance Major Medical Insurance Fully remote 30-day bonus more than 12 vacation days in the first year Additional support such as internet bonus and ergonomic chair

      Cons

      They could improve in making more events per year where workers can socialize. Sometimes the disadvantage of working completely remote is the lack of interaction with more people in the company outside of your work team.
