Pros
This company really invests into growing technology level of people in it. Great place for Solution Architect, because you can work with lots of different customers, projects, variety of tech stacks and your opinion really matters. One of the greatest things is that while it is software service provider, you actually feel that you work for EPAM and can improve it. Another important moment is that people that are finished with the project, are not released from the company, but can work on internal projects or even create them, while they are waiting for next project to start - it really allows to create amazing things from technology perspective.
Cons
The downside is that not all projects are equally interesting, of course it depends on the specific customer and how much they allow us to help them to improve from technology perspective.
