Pros
Company carries about it's employees (so once your project is over you can easily find something else inside the company) Good salary. Good options for growing (as specialist), that includes performance reviews, IT events (like conferences, presentations and meetings).
Cons
Unfortunately, processing within project, relation between developer->manager, depends on people, so will vary between projects. Personally, I was involved in two project: the first one (bank account) had perfect (almost ideal) processes, technology overview (and changing them all the time). However, on the second no processes, old technologies.
