      Pros

      Big KB, interesting projects, nice people and a lot of opportunities.

      Cons

      So far the only problem I see is that there is not a lot of personal interaction only very formal and work related, which is good but at the same time creates a weird misconnection reinforced by the home office, feels a bit lonely. Is the first time I have had this sentiment in a company.

      There are not pros working at Epam

      Cons

      Epam cares only for their businesses. They had a "mobility plan" as benefit, but they do not comply with it when you need it. You won't have career opportunities, if you joined a bad project client, you will be working long hours.
