      Pros

      In my opinion - the best ability that EPAM gives me is relocation ability.

      Cons

      I think that downsides changes from one project to another. I've nothing to say about disadvantages of the employer by itself.

      Pros

      - Office - Location - Overall desire of company to make things better to employees - Good work/life balance (though it's about to change, see cons) - Very helpful for relocated employees

      Cons

      - Too much dependency on the main customer - Bureaucracy is enormous - Very weak hardware (working on VDI with so-so specs) - Very poor development process (planning, estimation, etc), sometimes makes you wonder how they managed to get thus far - Oh, and they won't allow you to work from home (very soon it won't be physically possible) - No bonuses, no salary growth (almost) - Very little motivation, feedback, goals etc. Just sit and do your work.
