Good Compensation package Medical Insurance Learning abilities are wide

Cons

- most of the items in Medical Insurance are shrinking at fast pace - I hit every year the same situation - 5-6 procedures that were covered last year are not available right now - management tend to overload lower management with extra activities - bonuses for extra activities are added into annual bonus and are super small and sometimes even Rounded (SIC!)

Friendly and professional colleagues, diverse projects, lots of learning opportunities, transparent career advancement, many good internal tools developed by epam that automate processes an make life easier, growing fast

Cons

A lot depends on the project where you are, but you do have the possiblity to change after some time if you don't like the project
