Cons

No work life balance. Your work would be peak in audit end period which makes u extend beyond your work hours.

- Wide variety of experience via different client engagements - solid promotion schedule - good resume builder for exit opportunities - EY wellness reimbursement fund is great for health and wellness

Cons

- team experience can vary widely from engagement to engagement - hours are not great (but this comes with the public accounting/consulting territory). can often feel like people wear burnout as a badge of honor and can look down upon others who set work life balance boundaries for themselves
