Pros

Professional experience exceeds expectations. Everyday you learn something new. Variety of projects allows gives you a sharper performance towards the future. Growing throughout hierarchy ranks is guaranteed. Constant and quality personnel training. Other companies do have a high respect or praise for people who worked for a Big 4 audit firm.

Cons

Salary is not competitive. Work under a great amount of pressure. You have to invest from 9 to 14 hours a day of work to get things done. 50% chance you'll have to work on weekends.
