Pros

Trainings, advancement opportunities, total rewards, networking, diversity recruiting and inclusiveness, technology. You learn and grow here faster than any other place.

Cons

I really have not seen any cons of working in this firm as of yet. It is a global firm where mobility opportunities are within reach.

Pros

Excellent benefits. The corporate office has great ideas and the programs they promote are very people friendly. Pay is also good

Cons

Where you have a problem is the Administrative management at the Atlanta Office. Promotion is based on whether managment likes you. Any perceived slight is remembered forever and is always brought back up.
