Pros

The Firm provides all the support that one could ever want, including tools and methodologies, collaborative teamwork, and career development training to help you succeed in front of your client. If you take advantage of that, you are politically savy, and can sell, it is a great place to be.

Cons

The marketing phrase "Quality In Everything We Do" does not refer in any way to delivering quality services to your client. Management gave lip service to "doing great work," but cared primarily and dramatically more about completeing the internal Quality Review process, or comliance with internal process and policies, to protect against against disputes / lawsuits and avoid the sort of debacle that destroyed Anderson.

Pros

Form the very first day you are made to feel a welcome meber of the team and meeting high level partners and directors is easy due to the hot desk system. You are launched into working with major clients and quickly get a idea of what the job role will entail. Some flexibilty in the cleint you work with is given to ensure that you experience as wide a range as possible.

Cons

A lot of important recruitment decision seem to be centralised in HR, better contact between HR and business unit would be great when assessing candidates. Salaries are slighlty lower than their main competitors.
