      Pros

      Their focus and organization on starting and enhancing your career. They are very focused on you as an employee and your success.Ernst & Young is one of the largest professional services firms in the world and one of the Big Four auditors, along with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu (Deloitte) and KPMG. According to Forbes Magazine, as of year 2007 it is also the 7th largest private company in US[1]. Ernst & Young is a global organization consisting of many member firms. It is based at London, UK and the US firm is headquartered at 5 Times Square, New York, NY

      Cons

      Set in their ways, definitely an old school company. They are looking to forward their client list above other necessities.

      Pros

      It is a great place to begin and help you find a job in another company. Remember to say what you want otherwise you will get walked all over. I really encourage people to stick up for themselves in each level that the obtain.

      Cons

      It is a toss up on whether or not people will respect a work-life balance. Additionally, managers tend to treat lower level staff poorly because they were treated that way. If this happens, bring it to the attention of the partners. Also, it was great to work independently but the sink-or-swim method doesn't always work.
