Pros

EY has really great benefits including unlimited paid time off, a wellness fund worth $1000, free therapy, and more. EY also provides all of its employees with a councilor to talk through what career path you want to follow or any work related concerns. There are lots of growth options and your councilor is transparent about what you need to do to achieve those goals.

Cons

EY is overwhelmingly large. I am currently on a project with more than 300 people and I feel that I do not get noticed or recognized for the work I do. There is a lack of connection between upper management and those activity working in production on the project and the concerns of the workers seem to never be acknowledged.
