Pros

Buildings are kept in good condition, nice and central. Staff are entitled to a yearly wellbeing allowance to spend on themselves.

Cons

Toxic work place. The senior management have their favourite people and will make sure they progress through the ranks rapidly while the others are pretty much left behind. The DEI culture is awful, it is rammed down your throat through endless Unconscious Bias sessions, White Privilege sessions, they honestly care more about the minorities than they do their other staff. I worked here for 11 years and can say the environment went from being a pleasant, upbeat place to work, to a toxic, sad office to be in. Lastly, the pay bandings are really restrictive, unless you get promoted to the next level, your payrises are pretty limited and they pay a lot, lot less than other companies for the same, sometimes even less, work.
