Pros

-The people you work with are all fantastic people for the most part. -depending on your project the work life project is good -EY name for now -If you're a college grad I would take this if you don't have a better offer but do your year and leave.

Cons

-Pay is not up to standards -upward mobility is very unclear -none of the leadership are willing to be transparent -brown nosing seems to be preferred -they expect you to be grateful for being lied to about the job and the crappy work that they call AML -it is a subpar version of the rest of EY and operates on a re-onshoaring model. This is work that you would outsource to India (and they do send it there if a project goes well sometimes) -I could go on but I'll stop here.
