Continuous learning, opportunity to develop and hone communication and leadership skills as well as time management skills. In addition, you learn invaluable project management skills.

Cons

Not a con but more so down to luck. Career progress, daily output, long-term growth, and learning environment depend on the Management team and people you work with on a daily basis. I've worked with great management teams who take time out to guide and support you as well as the flip side of the coin.
