Pros
EY people are for the most part fun to work with and understanding of the fact that there needs to be work life balance. They will encourage you to do the things you love. That being said, there is tremendous pressure to get work done and to work late. People will push you to go do your hobbies outside of work while they themselves will stay up late doing work.
Cons
Not a very good work life balance. Work is dry in risk advisory. They say you are going to be "consulting" but that is far from true.
