Pros

The culture and the people make the work go by easier. Also there are great growth and leadership opportunities in the firm.

Cons

The work is not very interesting and the hours are long. The work is tedious and it is not easy to move to different service lines or types of projects once you are in the company.

Pros

The people I have worked with on projects have been possibly the best people to work with, everyone works to help one another, unlike other firms that have more of a competitive attitude. Everyone is also very understanding and takes time into getting to know you and understand where you are coming from and your backgrounds. I truly enjoy working with all of the different people at the firm. Diversity is a major benefit within the firm.

Cons

So far, there have been downtimes in finding a project and waiting and not really having an assignment. It seems like usually the clients are usually assigned locally as well. Harder for exposure.

Great work culture, the teams and seniors are always helpful You get to learn a lot of things and the job isn't monotonous

Cons

Erratic working hours, you don't get enough time for yourself. Even though you get to learn a lot, this can be detrimental to your social life and health
