Lots of room to apply your skills, learnings and professional growth. People are open to ideas Leadership is very transparent, is always listening and is working really hard for the mission as well as making the company successful
Cons
Like any other hyper growth start up there's a ton of technical debt. If you are glass half full person you'll see this as a huge opportunity to build something great. A majority of us who joined in 2019 see it this way.
