      Really good employer, thinks about their employees, voices are heard across the org as well as given value. Good with comp and benefits.

      Can do better with planning.

      Great Company With Great People That Is Ready To Takeoff

      Pros

      - A talented and driven group of executives with experience ranging from shepherding startups to successful completion to delivering big projects at the FAANG companies. - A great balance between the product and engineering mindset - It is very transparent: I've never seen a company share so much so widely with employees - The employees very much buy into the company mission. That mission has attracted the type of positive, can do people that want to make a real difference in society. It is a very positive culture - fast paced and energetic, definitely a place to be part of a company with a strong foundation in all aspects, that has has ambitious plans and goals and the plan to get there

      Cons

      - fast paced and energetic: wait didn't I have that in 'Pros'? I did, but it's a good/bad thing. This is a place for driven, talented and ambitious engineers that can move fast. Who want to be part of a company on its way up and grow fast. If you are looking for a cozy job to park yourself, it isn't for you.
